Service Integration

Health services in Egypt are at best fragmented, with multiple complex service models which is confusing for even the most well- informed consumers of health care. The team at EHC have extensive experience in service integration having worked in the public, private, Not-for-profit and primary care sectors. We have experienced the challenges of non-integrated systems, from both a strategic and operational perspective. Additionally we have heard many members of the community express their concern about access to services. When we talk integration, we mean both vertical and horizontal integration which starts in primary care and focusses on the patient and their family at the centre of their life-long health journey.
